Delete your PIT account
Use this form to ask us to delete your PIT account and the personal data we hold
about you. You do not need the app installed to use this page.
What happens next
- We email a 6 digit code to the address you enter, to confirm the request is really from you.
- As soon as you enter that code your account is closed and your personal data is deleted. This is
immediate and cannot be undone.
- We email you a confirmation once it is done.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth and profile photo.
- Your device and push notification identifiers, and your saved signature.
- Your login credentials – you will no longer be able to sign in.
- Your private messages with our team.
What is kept, and why
- Programme answers, exercise responses and the feedback you gave to your team mates are kept in
anonymous form (no longer linked to your name or email), because your team mates' own records and
ratings depend on them.
- Records we are required to keep for legal, accounting or security reasons.
- Encrypted backups are rotated out within 90 days.
